Q.  How much do I have to invest?

A.  As much or as little as you feel comfortable with between £100.00 and £10,000.00

Q.  How long will my money be tied up?

A.  It is within everyone's interests to return your investment money plus any profits as quickly as possible.  Our aim is usually within 12 months.  However things beyond our control, i.e. planning, weather etc., can impede this.

Q.  Throughout the time my money is invested with you, do I receive any interest, over and above any profits?

A.  Yes, 3% annually.

Q.  Is the money I invested safe?

A.  Yes, all our investments are asset backed, so your investment is safe.

Q.  If I needed my money returned at any time before completion of the investment, could this be done?

A.  Yes, we would return your invested money to you within 48 hours.  However, if we do return your money, you would not be entitled to any profits from the investment in question.  You would only receive your initial investment.

Q.  How much profit do you anticipate that I will receive upon completion of a particular investment?

A.  We could not and do not promise any amount of profit.  We are offering you an opportunity to invest in a development which we feel should return a healthy profit.  We cannot say how much profit you could make.  Market conditions can fluctuate but of course we can give a guide as to what we are hoping for on any given development.  What we can guarantee is that you will not lose your invested money.

Q.  If I invested, would I be entitled to go and visit the investment/property/land etc throughout the development?

A.  Yes, we actively encourage it.
